In House (Showroom): We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Internet Bank Transfers and Cash.
On-line Web Purchases: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Internet Bank E-Transfers and Payments thru PayPal.
* All orders completed online, will be placed in a pre-authorization of funds on your credit card. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipping. If due to a tax, discount or over-freight issue - you will be contacted prior to charging a higher amount than specified by the cart. If it is lower, you will not be contacted (hey, maybe we got you a better deal on freight!)
* If choosing to pay via E-transfer, the order will not be shipped until funds received. If funds are not received within 48 hours - the order will be cancelled.
As we are a “wholesale-only” distributor we require invoices to total a minimum $25 for shipping purposes.
In our showroom, for pick-up or shopping purchases, the minimum to be able to use a debit or credit card is $10. We will process a smaller amount, but, please be prepared to pay in cash.
We only sell to professionally trained technicians and spa/salons - please do not send “your” clients to us, we will not be able to sell them any products. Prices are NET, in Canadian funds and do not include taxes. In British Columbia, the 5% GST will be added automatically to every invoice, as required by law. The Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 7% will be added to every invoice unless a PST number is given to exempt retail products. When shipping to all other provinces their applicable, GST, PST or HST will be automatically applied to each invoice. It is the client’s responsibility to specify, when ordering, which items are for resale and professional use.
